CFN99301 Coronarin A

Coronarin, A, B, C, and D are cytotoxic prinicples from the rhizomes of Hedychium coronarium, Zingiberaceae. Coronarin A exhibits good growth inhibition activities on HUVEC proliferation, it effectively suppresses the growth factor induced tube formation of HUVEC at the concentration of 10 microg/mL. Coronarin A has anti-inflammatory activity, it exhibits potent inhibition (IC50 <6.1708g/mL) against fMLP-induced superoxide production and elastase release.
CFN99303 Coronarin B

Coronarin B has cytotoxic activity, it also has modest antiplasmodial activity.
CFN99322 Scutebata A

Scutebata A shows weak cytotoxicity against SK-BR-3 with an IC(50) value of 15.2 muM.
CFN99325 Scutebata E

Scutebata E shows weak cytotoxicity with IC50 values ranging from 35.11 to 42.73 μM against K562 cell lines.
CFN99345 2-Desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin

2-Desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin has potent in vitro cytotoxicities against the K562, MCF-7, Hela, DU145, U937, H1975, SGC-7901, A549, MOLT-4, and HL60 cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 0.10 to 46.7uM, while it shows significant antiviral (H1N1 and H3N2) activities, it also displays significant antimycobacterial activity (IC50=7.6 uM).
