Cat. No. Information
CFN90041 DL-alpha-Tocopherol

DL-alpha-tocopherol, a potent inhibitor of phorbol ester induced shape change of erythro- and megakaryoblastic leukemia cells. DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate protects endothelial cell membranes from oxidative damage and disruption and limits the magnitude of haemorrhage and its spread from the subependyma into the ventricles; it also protects human skin fibroblasts against the cytotoxic effect of UVB, and its mechanism seems to be related to inhibition of UV-induced lipid peroxidation or to the antioxidation effect of dl-alpha-tocopherol.
CFN98739 Pinostrobin

Pinostrobin, a potent flavonoid inducer, exerts a neuroprotective effect against Aβ(25-35)-induced neurotoxicity in PC12 cells, at least in part, via inhibiting oxidative damage and calcium overload, as well as suppressing the mitochondrial pathway of cellular apoptosis. Pinostrobin has anti-inflammatory, anti-hemorrhagic and analgesic activity, it can inhibit HSV-1 replication with 50% effective concentration (EC(50)) of 22.71 ± 1.72 ug/ml.
CFN90241 Nordihydrocapsaicin

Capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin are the major active components in pepper spray products, which are widely used for law enforcement and self-protection, they has cytotoxicity, they induces p53 protein and G1 phase cell cycle arrest. Dihydrocapsaicin induces hypothermia and substance P depletion, it or radiolabelled dihydrocapsaicin, may be a useful tool for investigating the mechanisms by which capsaicin alters thermoregulation and primary afferent neuron function.Capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin have effect on in vitro blood coagulation and platelet aggregation.
CFN90413 Dencichin

Dencichine is a haemostatic agent present, it is also a reported neurotoxic agent found in Lathyrus sativus (grass pea seed).
CFN90569 Tranexamic acid

Tranexamic acid is an antifibrinolytic for blocking lysine-binding sites of plasmin and elastase-derived plasminogen fragments with IC50 of 5 mM. Tranexamic acid appears to be a promising drug for the prevention and treatment of PPH after both vaginal and caesarean delivery, it can reduce mortality due to traumatic bleeding by a third, without apparent safety issues.
