3-O-Feruloylquinic acid could be a starting basis for new Microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) inhibitors.[1]
3-O-Feruloylquinic acid, is a secondary-metabolic compound isolated from winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv Chihokukomugi), exhibits antioxidative activity.[2]
