    Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.     A new coumarin glycoside, Peujaponiside [(R)-peucedanol 7-O-beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside], was isolated from the roots of Peucedanum japonicum, and its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods.
