Biological Activity
2-Hydroxyadenosine (crotonoside) and 2-aminoadenosine are 2-Halogenated derivatives of adenosine, are potent depressors, and they are slightly less potent than adenosine. [1]
Crotonoside is one compound of an antitumor and immunity-regulating pharmaceutical composition of traditional Chinese medicine. [2]
