Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

|After receiving:||The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.|

|Chemical constituents from leaves of Ilex cornuta[Reference: WebLink]|
|To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Ilex cornuta.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and semi-preparative HPLC,and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties.Results Twelve compounds were obtained from the leaves of I.cornuta and identified as(2R,3S,4S)-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-2-(5-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-tetrahydrofuran-3-ol(1),physcion(2),11-keto-α-amyrin palmitate(3),lupole(4),30-Oxolupeol(5),uvaol(6),3β-hydroxy-urs-11-en-13β(28)-olide(7),ursolic acid(8),β-sitosterol(9),daucosterol(10),pomolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),and pedunculoside(12).Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are obtained from the plants in Ilex L.for the first time,and compounds 11 and 12 are obtained from this plant for the first time.|

|Antibacterial Activity Components from Elephantopus tomentosus[Reference: WebLink]|
|Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract from the whole plant of Elephantopus tomentosus Linn.On the basis of spectral data,their structures were identified as epifriedelanol(1),lupeol(2),6-deoxyisojacreubin(3),butulinic acid(4),ursolic acid(5),ferulic acid(6),3-formylindole(7),pinellic acid(8) and 30-Oxolupeol(9),respectively.All compounds were obtained from Elephantopus tomentosus for the first time.Compounds 6 and 7 had inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,as well as compounds 6 and 8 exhibited inhibitory effects on Ralstonia solanacearum by paper disk diffusion method.|
