Cat. No. Information
CFN98972 Cycloartane-3,24,25-triol

Cycloartane-3,24,25-triol has potential for development as an anti-cancer agent against prostate cancer. It reduces the viability of PC-3 and DU145 cell lines with IC50 values of 2.226 ± 0.28 μM and 1.67 ± 0.18 μM respectively.
CFN00184 Pseudococaine

Pseudococaine produces high-voltage slow waves (HVSWs) in the EEG associated with behavioral depression, it is more potent than cocaine in producing convulsions in the same monkeys.
CFN98984 Aurantiamide

Aurantiamide acetate has anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antinociceptive activities, it may suppress the growth of malignant gliomas by blocking autophagic flux, it also inhibits cysteine proteinases, in particular, cathepsin L (3.4.22.15) and B (3.4.22.1) with IC50 of 12 microM and 49 microM, respectively . Aurantiamide acetate has an anti-neuroinflammatory effect on LPS stimulation through its inhibition of the NF-κB, JNK and p38 pathways.
CFN98990 Gomisin A

Gomisin A has anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, neuroprotective, and anti-proliferation properties, it induces marked protective effects against hepatic and renal injury induced by CCl(4) exposure through differential regulation of the MAPK signal transduction pathway. Gomisin A inhibits COX-2, iNOS, IL-6, TNF-α and NO through the down-regulation of RIP2 and NF-κB activation.
CFN97009 beta-Amyrin palmitate

Beta-Amyrin palmitate may release norepinephrine from newly synthesized pools, and thus, it may activate noradrenergic activity. Beta-Amyrin palmitate, like mianserin and imipramine, reduces the duration of immobility of mice significantly in a dose-dependent manner (5, 10 and 20 mg kg-1); (1)Beta-Amyrin palmitate or mianserin elicits a dose-related reduction in locomotor activity of mice and antagonizes locomotor stimulation induced by methamphetamine, imipramine increases locomotor activity and potentiates methamphetamine-induced hyperactivity; (2)Beta-Amyrin palmitate shows no effect on reserpine-induced hypothermia, whilst mianserin (10 mg kg-1) and imipramine (10 and 20 mg kg-1) antagonizes the reserpine-induced effect; (3)Beta-amyrin palmitate has similar properties in some respects to mianserin and might possess a sedative action.
