Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling. |

METHODS AND RESULTS: Two novel flavanones, 5,7,3'-trihydroxy-6, 4',5'-trimethoxyflavanone (1) and 5,3'-dihydroxy-6,7,4', 5'-tetramethoxyflavanone (2), as well as eight known compounds-1, 3-O-di-trans-p-coumaroylglycerol (3), 1-O-trans-p-coumaroylglycerol (4), a mixture of 1-(omega-feruloyldocosanoyl)glycerol (5) and 1-(omega-feruloyltetracosanoyl)glycerol (6), trans-ferulic acid 22-hydroxydocosanoic acid ester (7), arborinone (8), arborinol (9), and isoarborinol (10)-were isolated.
