《Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs》 2014-03 | Research on cyclo-dipeptides from the Coral-derived bacteria Brevibacterium sp.of South China Sea(Ⅱ)[Reference: WebLink] | To study cyclo-dipeptides from the Coral-derived bacteria Brevibacterium sp.of South China Sea. METHODS AND RESULTS: Compounds were isolated by all kinds of column chromatography, such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and purified by HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis(NMR,MS,GC-MS,and so on),chemicophysical methods, and compared with references. Twelve compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Coral-derived bacteria L-4of South China Sea,and their structures were determined as cyclo-(Trp-Thr)(1),cyclo-(4-OH-ProTyr)(2),cyclo-(Leu-Tyr)(3),cyclo-(Phe-Ala)(4),cyclo-(Ile-Gly)(5),cyclo-(Leu-Gly)(6),cyclo-(Leu-Pro)(7),cyclo-(Leu-Ala)(8),cyclo-(Ile-Ala)(9),cyclo-(Leu-Thr)(10),Cyclo(Ile-Val)(11),cyclo-(Ile-Ile)(12). CONCLUSIONS: All compounds were cyclo-dipeptides and first obtained from the marine Coral-derived bacteriumBrevibacteriumsp. |
