Antioxidant phenylpropanoids from Cephalotaxus hainanensis[Reference: WebLink]

To study the chemical constituents from Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral data.Their antioxidation activity were tested by DPPH method. Three compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li.,and their structures were elucidated as junipediol A(1),junipediol A 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),and Junipediol B(3).
CONCLUSIONS:
Compounds 1-3 were isolated from the genus of Cephalotaxus for the first time,and all showed antioxidation activity.

Junipediol B Description

Source:	The leaves of Juniperus chinensis
Solvent:	Chloroform, Dichloromethane, Ethyl Acetate, DMSO, Acetone, etc.
Storage:	Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months(2-8C). After receiving:	The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.
