Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal, 2011,46 (18) :1389-93. | Study on Chemical Constituents in Stems of Pueraria lobata[Reference: WebLink] | To study the chemical constituents in the stems of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi. METHODS AND RESULTS: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and RP-C18,and purified by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,preparative TLC and recrystallization.The structures were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Twelve compounds were separated and identified as: 9-hydroxy-2′,2′-dimethylpyrano[5′,6′:2,3]-coumestan(1)、butesuperin A(2),corylin(3),7-hydroxy-2′,5′-dimethoxyisoflavone(4),7,2′,4′-trihydroxyisoflavanone(5),liquiritigenin 7-methyl ether(6),vanillin(7),4-hydroxy-2-ethoxybenzaldehyde(8),but-2-en-4-olide(9),(-)-puerol B(10),Hydroxytuberosone(11),daucosterol(12). CONCLUSIONS: Compounds 1 and 4 are new natural products,and compounds 1-8 are for the first time obtained from the genus Pueraria. |
