Storage:	Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months(2-8C). Preparation of liriope muscari baily saponins C solid lipid nanoparticles[Reference: WebLink]

To prepare Liriope muscari baily Saponins C solid lipid nanoparticles(DT-13-SLN) and to assess their physico-chemical characteristics.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
DT-13-SLN was prepared by the emulsification-solvent evaporation method.The formulation and the preparation technology of DT-13-SLN were optimized by the orthogonal design,the morphology was examined by the transmission electron microscope.The diameter,entrapment efficiency,drug loading, zeta potential and stability of DT-13-SLN were investigated. The average diameter of DT-13-SLN was 128.8 nm,the zeta potential was-30.0 mV,the entrapment efficiency was 57.43% and the drug loading was 3.48%.There were no notable changes of the particle size and entrapment efficiency at 4 ℃ within one month.New substance was examined by differential scanning calorimetery(DSC) analysis of DT-13-SLN.
CONCLUSIONS:
DT-13-SLN shows a narrow particle size distribution and good stability.
