Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research, 2016, 39(2):260-263. | Study on Chemical Components in the Roots and Rhizome of Trillium tschonoskii(Ⅴ)[Reference: WebLink] | To investigate the chemical constituents in the roots and rhizome of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. METHODS AND RESULTS: The 85% methanol elution parts from the roots and rhizome of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim were separated and purified by polyamide,silica gel,RP- C18,Sephadex LH- 20 column chromatography and the preparation of high performance liquid,et al.Chemical structures were identified by MS,1D and 2D NMR experiments. Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the 85% methanol elution parts of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim as 26- O- β- D- glucopyranosyl-( 25s)- 5α- furostan-△20( 22)- ene- 3β,26- glycol- 3- O- α- L- rhamnopyranosyl-( 1 →4)- [α- L- rhamnopyranosyl( 1 →2) ]- β- D-glucopyranoside( 1),26- O- β- D- glucopyranosyl-( 25s)- 5α- furostan- △20( 22)- ene- 3β,26- glycol- 3- O- α- L- rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→4)- β- D- glucopyranoside( 2),26- O- β- D- glucopyranosyl-( 25s)- 5α- furostan- △5( 6),20( 22)- diene- 3β,26- glycol- 3- O- α- L- rhamnopyranosyl-( 1 →4)- β- D- glucopyranoside( 3),Deoxytrillenoside A( 4),24- acetyl- Deoxytrillenoside A( 5),24- methoxy- trillenoside A( 6),trillenoside B( 7),24- acetyl- trillenoside B( 8),24- acetyl- deoxytrillenoside B( 9). CONCLUSIONS: Compounds 1 ~ 3 for the first time isolated from this genus,compounds5,6,8 and 9 for the first time isolated from this plant. |
