The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling. |

(Family Asteraceae) highly oxygenated flavonol methyl ethers viz. 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3,6,8,3',5'-pentamethoxy flavone; 5,7,3'-trihydroxy-3,6,8,4',5'-pentamethoxyflavone; 5,4'-dihydroxy-3,6,7,8,3'-penta methoxyflavone and 5,7-dihydroxy-3,6,8,3',4',5'-hexamethoxyflavone(5,7-Dihydroxy 3,3',4',5',6,8-hexamethoxyflavone ) were isolated and characterised together with 7,4'-dihydroxy-3'-methoxyflavanone and its 7-0-b-D-glucopyranoside, a novel metabolite, as well as the phenolic acid, 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid (Chlorogenic acid), based on the chemical and spectral (UV, 1H and 13C-NMR and FABMS) evidences. |
