《Journal of Jinan University(Natural Science & Medicine Edition)》 2014-01 | Chemical constituents of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis[Reference: WebLink] | The chemical constituents of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis were isolated by several chromatographic methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS CC and preparation HPLC.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Thirteen compounds were obtained from the 30% ethanol eluting fraction of macroporous resin and their structures were elucidated by their spectral data and physicochemical properties,which were identified as calonysterone( 1),glycoside St-J( 2),methyl ester of glycoside St-J( 3),cussonoside B( 4),methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate( 5),α-ecdysone( 6),20-hydroxyecdysone( 7),pinnatasterone( 8),polyphyllin H( 9),polyphyllin Ⅶ( 10),Parisaponin I( 11),parisyunnanoside B( 12),polyphyllin Ⅱ( 13).
