METHODS AND RESULTS:
The new diterpenes, 7β-monoacetate of episinfernal, 7β-monoacetate of sideritriol, and Sventenic acid, have been isolated from Sideritis sventenii. From S. cystosiphon, three new diterpenic esters, the 7β-acetate, 18-palmitate of epicandicandiol, the 18-acetate of epicandicandiol, and the 7β,17-diacetate of sideritriol, have been obtained. | Modern Chinese Medicine, 2013 , 15 (4) :274-277. | Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Rabdosia excisa.[Reference: WebLink] | To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Rabdosia excisa. METHODS AND RESULTS: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were established on the basis of modern spectroscopic analysis. 9 compounds isolated from the aerial parts of this plant were identified as: dayecrystal A (1), acetylSventenic acid (2), Sventenic acid (3), trichokaurin (4), maoyerabdosin (5),pedalitin (6),syringic acid (7), β-sitosterol (8) and daucosterol (9). CONCLUSIONS: It is the frist time that compound 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were isolated from Rabdosia excisa. |
